Björn’s Sweet and Spicy Honey is a blend of our Whipped Wildflower Honey and Colorado-made Jojo’s OGX Red Jalapeño Sriracha. This Sweet and Spicy Honey packs a punch, but it’s also full of flavor that doesn’t overpower. Jojo is a long-time friend of Björn’s, and her hot sauces are life-changing. We’re glad this collaboration is finally here!

Jojo's extra spicy, wild-fermented OGX Red Jalapeño Sriracha is made with 100% red jalapeños from Vigil Farms in Pueblo, Colorado. Pontus loves mixing Jojo's Sriracha with our honey as a dip for buttermilk fried chicken, and he decided it was finally time to make this amazing creation available to the world.

You can also use it as a marinade for shrimp or grilled veggies, and it makes a great glaze for roasted pork. Please note some natural separation can occur; stir with a spoon to reintegrate.
